CommandCRAFT（以下「本アプリ」）は、Minecraft Bedrock 版をスマートフォンから操作するためのリモコンアプリです。本ポリシーは、本アプリが取り扱う情報とその目的を説明します。本アプリを利用することで、本ポリシーに同意したものとみなされます。

要点：本アプリは、利用者を個人として特定する情報（氏名・メールアドレス・電話番号・正確な位置情報など）を収集しません。年齢確認の情報はお使いの端末内にのみ保存され、外部に送信されません。

1. 取り扱う情報

(1) 端末内にのみ保存され、送信されない情報

生まれた年（年齢確認用）：起動時に年齢を確認するために入力された生まれた年は、端末内（アプリの設定領域）にのみ保存され、当社や第三者のサーバーには送信されません。
アプリの各種設定や、端末内に保存したコマンド・建物データ。

(2) 「みんなの建物」に共有したときに送信される情報

利用者が自分の意思で建物を共有（投稿）したときに限り、以下が当社のサーバー（Google Firebase）に保存されます。共有しなければ送信されません。

建物の名前、表示名（任意で入力する作者名）、サムネイル画像（ゲーム画面のスクリーンショット）、建物のサイズ・使用ブロック・生成コマンド。
匿名の利用者識別子（後述）。投稿の所有者管理・件数管理のために使われます。

(3) 匿名の利用者識別子

共有機能などを使う際、Firebase の匿名認証により、ランダムな識別子（匿名ID）が割り当てられます。これは利用者個人を特定するものではなく、メールアドレスやアカウント登録は不要です。

(4) 広告に関する情報

本アプリは Google AdMob による広告を表示します。AdMob は広告の配信・測定のため、広告識別子（Advertising ID）や端末情報などを収集することがあります。詳細は Google のポリシーをご確認ください。

(5) 課金情報

Pro（月額サブスクリプション）の購入・有効性の確認は Google Play 課金システムを通じて行われます。購入トークンはサーバーで有効性を検証するために使用します。カード番号などの決済情報は Google が管理し、本アプリは取得しません。

(6) マイク・音声

音声でコマンドを入力する機能を使う場合のみ、マイクを使用します。音声はお使いの端末（OS）標準の音声認識機能で文字に変換され、本アプリは変換後の文字（テキスト）のみを受け取ります。音声データを当社のサーバーに保存することはありません。OS の音声認識の処理については、端末メーカー／OS提供者（Google 等）のポリシーが適用されます。

2. 利用目的

本アプリの機能（Minecraft へのコマンド送信、建物の採寸・共有、音声入力など）を提供するため。
「みんなの建物」での作品の共有・閲覧・ランキング表示のため。
広告の表示および無料機能の維持のため。
不適切な投稿の確認・削除など、サービスの健全な運営のため。

3. 第三者サービス

本アプリは以下の Google のサービスを利用します。各社のプライバシーポリシーが適用されます。

4. 子供のプライバシー

本アプリは子供も利用することを想定しており、起動時に年齢を確認します。子供の利用者には、可能な範囲でパーソナライズされていない広告を表示するなど、関連する法令・ポリシー（COPPA、Google Play「ファミリー」ポリシー等）に配慮した運用を行います。保護者の方で、お子様に関するご懸念やデータ削除のご希望がある場合は、末尾の連絡先までご連絡ください。

5. データの保持と削除

「みんなの建物」に共有した投稿は、アプリ内の「自分の投稿」からいつでも削除できます。削除すると、関連する画像・データもサーバーから削除されます。
利用規約に反する投稿は、運営側で削除する場合があります。その際は理由とともにアプリ内でお知らせします。
端末内に保存された情報は、アプリのデータ消去またはアンインストールで削除されます。
その他、ご自身のデータの削除をご希望の場合は、末尾の連絡先までご連絡ください。

6. 端末の権限について

マイク：音声でコマンドを入力するため（使用時のみ）。
他のアプリの上に表示：Minecraft の画面上にコントロールパネルを重ねて表示するため。
通知：接続状態などをお知らせするため。
位置情報・連絡先・カメラ・写真へのアクセス権限は使用しません。

7. セキュリティ

通信は暗号化（HTTPS）され、サーバー側のアクセス制御により、投稿の不正な書き換えや他人のデータ閲覧を防いでいます。ただし、インターネット上の通信・保管において完全な安全を保証することはできません。

8. 本ポリシーの変更

本ポリシーは、必要に応じて改定されることがあります。重要な変更がある場合は、本ページの更新や本アプリ内でお知らせします。

CommandCRAFT Privacy Policy

CommandCRAFT (the “App”) is a remote-control app for operating Minecraft Bedrock Edition from your phone. This policy explains what information the App handles and why. By using the App, you agree to this policy.

Summary: The App does not collect information that personally identifies you (such as your name, email address, phone number, or precise location). Age-verification information is stored only on your device and is never transmitted.

1. Information We Handle

(1) Stored only on your device, never sent

Year of birth (for age verification): The birth year you enter at startup is stored only on your device (in the app’s settings area) and is never sent to us or any third party.
App settings and any commands/builds you save on your device.

(2) Sent only when you share to “Community Builds”

Only when you choose to share (post) a build, the following is stored on our servers (Google Firebase). Nothing is sent if you do not share.

The build’s name, a display name (an optional author name you enter), a thumbnail image (a screenshot of the game screen), and the build’s size, blocks used, and generated commands.
An anonymous user identifier (see below), used to manage ownership and post counts.

(3) Anonymous user identifier

When you use features such as sharing, Firebase Anonymous Authentication assigns a random identifier (anonymous ID). It does not personally identify you, and no email address or account registration is required.

(4) Advertising information

The App shows ads via Google AdMob. AdMob may collect an advertising identifier and device information to deliver and measure ads. See Google’s policy for details.

(5) Purchase information

Purchasing and verifying Pro (a monthly subscription) is handled through Google Play Billing. The purchase token is used to verify validity on the server. Payment details such as card numbers are handled by Google; the App does not receive them.

(6) Microphone & voice

The microphone is used only when you use voice command input. Speech is converted to text by your device’s (OS) built-in speech recognition, and the App receives only the resulting text. We do not store voice data on our servers. Processing by the OS speech recognizer is governed by the policies of your device maker / OS provider (e.g., Google).

2. How We Use Information

To provide the App’s features (sending commands to Minecraft, measuring/sharing builds, voice input, etc.).
To share, browse, and rank works in “Community Builds.”
To show ads and sustain the free features.
To keep the service healthy, such as reviewing and removing inappropriate posts.

3. Third-Party Services

The App uses the following Google services. Each provider’s privacy policy applies.

4. Children’s Privacy

The App is intended to be usable by children and verifies age at startup. For child users, we aim to show non-personalized ads where feasible and operate with regard to applicable laws and policies (such as COPPA and the Google Play “Families” policy). Parents or guardians with concerns about a child’s data, or who wish to request deletion, may contact us using the details below.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

Posts shared to “Community Builds” can be deleted anytime from “My Posts” in the App. Deleting also removes the related images and data from the server.
Posts that violate the terms may be removed by the operator; if so, we notify you in the App with a reason.
Information stored on your device is removed by clearing the app’s data or uninstalling.

6. Device Permissions

Microphone: for voice command input (only while in use).
Display over other apps: to overlay the control panel on top of Minecraft.
Notifications: to inform you of connection status and similar.
We do not use location, contacts, camera, or photo-access permissions.

7. Security

Communications are encrypted (HTTPS), and server-side access controls prevent unauthorized edits to posts and access to others’ data. However, no method of transmission or storage over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may revise this policy as needed. For significant changes, we will update this page or notify you within the App.
